Today, I was suppose to receive a Steelbook 4K UHD Movie.  OnTrac delivered the shipping box with nothing inside the box.  

The Best Buy warehouse near Visalia, CA decided to use a box with some sticky residue that adheres the other sides together.  The shipping box was somewhat crushed and one of the sides was completely opened.  Of course, my item was not in the box!  

I would like to provide photos of the box to a customer service rep, hopefully, either your warehouse ceases using these boxes or puts packaging tape on it.  There's very little sticky residue on the flaps of the box that it is no surprise that it failed to remain sealed.
