Horrible Customer Service Call Center

I need to speak with someone other then this call center of a joke. They don’t assist, they have the worst attitudes, and are very rude. Best Buy you gotta do better with your customer service. I also never received an item during the holidays, proved the package was delivered elsewhere, you guys still denied my claim. I can’t believe Best Buy is making me pay for an item I never received. Best Buy obviously doesn’t mind stealing from their customers. I need someone higher then the call center cause in store there’s nothing they can do either. Someone please help!!!!
