Learning your new ASUS VivoBook is giving you some trouble is not ideal, and I can understand not keeping the receipt from a purchase that was made months ago.
If the purchase was made inside one of our stores, we may be able to help find the receipt for you. We would need to verify your full name, email address, and telephone number.
