In regard to your tablet that you had purchased from the eBay store that isn't working out for you, we'd be happy to provide you with the necessary information to get this remedied. You can visit our Best Buy eBay Store page, here, to view how a return can be made. It looks like the original receipt or packing slip (if you received one) is required for all returns. Items purchased from Best Buy on eBay are eligible for returns by bringing the product into a Best Buy store located within the United States or by mail.
Had you brought this to the store within the first 15 days of making this purchase? Also, what was your experience working with Jairus?

Yes, please print out the receipt from your account and bring it along with you to your local store. Our systems will not allow for an exchange of the item, but you should have no issues getting refunded when you visit your store. I realize this may not have been the answer you were hoping for, but please understand that this is the only method of returns that are allowed for purchases such as this.
