Help me! On hold forever!

I'm trying to save Best Buy time and money by cancelling an appliance replacement that is unnecessary, but I've been on hold for 2 hours and transferred multiple times.  I'm about 5 minutes from letting them come and replace a machine for no reason...

Having a major appliance malfunction is never convenient, and it sounds like you may have been approved for a replacement.
