ive had a bestbuy credit card for a while now and never had issues with it. i usually paid it from my banking site and not the bbcc site. not too long ago i got a new bb card in from visa and it was unclear if the old one was going away and they trasfering the info to the new card or its a separate card. i just got a email that my geek squad renual didnt go through on my cc that ive always used but it worked on my new visa card. when i try to go on the citi bank bbcc page it asks me to sign in with a user name and so on but i dont remember what it is but when i go to the forgot id/password, it send me to a page asking if i have a card and the number and name on last 4 digits of ssn. i hit varify but it does nothing. no loading symbol, no going to another page. same goes when i tried to activate the visa card, it just did nothing. i cant really call using my voice since talking is hard for me and theres no email option to talk to citibank. im really confused if they just send a 2nd new card or if its replacing the old one. since i pay my bill through bank of america for the old card, is the payment going through since the info is for the old card? i just dont like how i cant email someone without having to physically call which i cant do. i dont wanna be locked out from failed attempts either. can someone help or tell me why hitting verify does nothong and if they did just replace the cards with new ones? thanks

yea i kinda messed around and did something more through bb site. still it gets confusing when you guys keep sending me new bb credit cards. this latest one has new number and has a chip. my others all had same number as each other and no chip. so when i go in the cc site from bb page, i see both versions shown as well as two other cards. it made me think that you sent me a completly new card in addition to the one i have. i just had a email saying my geeksquad renewal didnt go through but i used new card and it worked.....i assume from what i saw after messing with it, that they changed cards and want me to use new one and account all moved to that one. its just annoying a bit when they keep sending new cards with no info if its a replacement or just a cosmetic look.
