Having issues with chat support to do a price match all day

Hello there, here is the run down. I have sat in a que all day to attempt to get a price match on the last day of a qualifying purchase on kingmans collection. The first que booted me after waiting 30 mins. Rejoined. Waited 40 mins booted from chat again, rejoined and now I have to wait over an hour. I just want to price match this item and because of my work schedule I can't make it to the store to do it. Today is the last day on my return window and now I am going to not be able to get the price match due to chat being touchy and it the fact it keeps booting me from the que. Something that should take 15 mins total I should not have to spend multiple hours doing. Any help would be appreciated.
