Haven’t received a refund??

I returned my ordered online in store but havent received any confirmation for my return or anything.. ?? What is going on???

Welcome to Best Buys online community.  It can be worrisome if, after a return, it does not reflect credit card statements, and I can understand you wanting to learn more about the status. In most cases, it can take up to a billing cycle for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement, but I will be happy to check your account and make sure everything is processing accordingly.

Phone number
Order number
