Haven’t Received My Refund

It been a week already and I still haven’t received my refund I went to the store and the manager told me he can’t do anything about it’s not his responsibility. I need help

I know I like how they take your money but can’t give it back to you they don’t care if you don’t eat for a whole week.

Waiting on a refund is never fun, but I can imagine it's especially difficult if you needed that money to buy groceries. Our goal is to make your shopping (or return) experience as stress-free as possible, so it's disappointing to hear the money is taking longer than expected to hit your account. Usually the funds will go back within one billing cycle, but that time-frame can vary between banking institutions. 


If you're not still not seeing the refund, I highly recommend reaching out to your bank, so they can check if there is a hold-up on their end.
