Have not received my credit card yet.

I applied for best buy credit card three weeks ago and it got approved. The person at store was telling me that i would receive the card in couple of weeks. But it is been more than two weeks and i have not got any update on that. But i got a message saying the card is active. What is the procedeure to resolve the issue!
