Hi, My name Julia {removed per forum guidelines} and my email is {removed per forum guidelines}. I bought an airpods pro in February and i did return it on 02/17 because it doesn't fit me well. The best buy did me email me that they received the return and told me to wait 5-7 days to receive the refund money but i haven't received it yet. I did contact the customer service to ask about that and they always told me to wait. Moreover, I did call them and still cannot to contact them. I did wait for the refund almost 2 months already. I am really upset and confused why I have received it yet. Please solve this problem for me
