Over 2 weeks ago i ordered lego set but there was an issue with the package during shipping so i contacted support who promptly refunded me for my purchase and told me to expect it the same day. I did receive an email about my order stating that there was a credit that was refunded, this was back on 11/28/21. I waited the entire day and after receiving no refund i contact support again and tried to explain that this was a refund back to a gift card and in my experience these never take longer than 30 mins to an hour to show up when refunded. I was told it would take 3-5 days to process and to check again with them if it hadnt processed. I contacted support again another 2 times and now im being told that i need to wait 15 - 30 days for a refund back to my gift card? This doesnt seem right and quite frankly it feels like the reps im chatting with have no clue as to whats going on and are just feeding me a line from a book. I need someone to look into this because i still havent gotten my refund and I think i have given it more than enough time, something must be wrong here.

Thanks for reaching out about your refund for the LEGO set that you ordered from us. Typically, a refund to a gift card should happen quickly, but I can understand not having this after a few weeks and continually being informed different time frames would not be a welcome situation.
