I am grateful for the assistance and excellent customer service by James {removed per forum guidelines} in Best Buy store #420. He helped to solve the internet issues my small business was experiencing (for months) and Cox Communications could not and would not assist.

I'm not sure where to post this, but this gentleman's manager should see this and know how grateful I am. I hope there is enough information here.
