i just recieved my game of thrones 4k steelbook and season 4 last. Disk about 15 min in theres a weird image skip on tywins forhead, i used a microcloth to clean mutiple times and the image still breaks up. Is there a replacment program. Seems alot to return the whole thing over one disk.

Welcome back to our forums! I imagine any odd image skips you’ve described would certainly be distracting while you’re trying to watch Game of Thrones, so I completely understand why you’d want to explore your options for getting this replaced.
While we’ll be unable to replace the individual disk that’s been giving you trouble, you may still be able to resolve the issue. If you’re still within your return/exchange period, the easiest of these would be to utilize our Return & Exchange Promise to exchange the entire season for a replacement. I’ll include the specific verbiage pertaining to entertainment products below:
Opened physical copies of computer software, movies, music, video games, books, video game guides and sheet music can only be exchanged for an identical item.

i physically cannot get into the local best buy till i improve how ling is the return period and can i get an extension? I definatly want this set just one that doesnt skip. I also noticed after pulling it out of the box (i left the case in for protection it was scratched on the bottom)
an exchange is for a perfect set is ideal.
