Got an email that said "W.O.W Take advantage of our OFFERS..."

I hope I'm posting this in the right area.I received an email that said with the title W.O.W Take advantage of our OFFERS... It had a $10 bonus certificate, When i click it i get 

We're Sorry


Your reward details are not available right now. Please try again later." message. I've been trying for a few days and i keep getting the same error message.

Is this using the desktop site or mobile site? If one did not work, did you try the other?
