Gift cards marked as stolen/lost when I have them

I spent 3 hours on the phone with Best Buy trying to get my gift cards activated again. I originally placed an online order that was returned, but now when I went to the store to use my gift cards, they were marked as lost/stolen. Please help.

I was told 24-36 hours 5 days ago and still nothing.

They were able to help me but it took a while. Just be persistent and you will be taken care of.

They can't do anything, and they want me to report this issuer to the local enforcement.
