Regrettably, as outlined within our Best Buy Gift Cards Terms and Conditions, lost, stolen or damaged cards can be replaced only with valid proof of purchase to extent of remaining card balance. In the future, I would suggest opting for a Best Buy e-Gift Card, as they can be sent directly to a recipient's email inbox with a personal message. These virtual gift cards can be used at BestBuy.com, allowing your recipient to start shopping right away.
