Hi,
I was unable to use my promo gift cards as I had to fly out of country due to family emergency.
I called customerservice on this. I waited for almost 1 hour before getting hold off an agent. .
Instead of helping I was just tossed around between different customer service agennts. Can you please help.
Below are the 4 promo gift cards I was not able to use.

I am loyal customer of Best Buy since last so many years. Please help and issue me a new promo gift card.
