I recently bought two Best Buy gift cards, at for a face value of $50, from a local RiteAid retail location. But when I entered their card numbers and pins to check balance on the Best Buy website, I got the message "The gift card number or PIN you entered is not valid" for both cards. Could someone help with the issue? Thanks.

Welcome to our community. I love gift cards, getting them and giving them. But I don't love it when I hear the ones you purchased weren't activated as expected. I know how aggravated I would be in similar circumstances.
nckhammond is spot on. With apologies for the obvious inconvenience to you, you will need to have this issue addressed and your gift cards activated properly by Rite Aid.
