Gift Card Replacement

Hi there,

Last week, i called customer service to report my stolen gift card. She told me that i should receive my gift card within 5 days, could you please check its status for me ? The case number is {removed per forum guidelines}. Thanks.

I’m glad to hear that you were able to contact us about this lost gift card and we were able to process a replacement for you.  I’m sure that hearing this was a load off your mind, though not having it in your hand yet would be concerning.

 

Typically, these gift cards do take about 7-10 mailing days to reach you and the envelopes they come in don’t generally advertise that they contain a gift card.  In some instances, they have been confused for junk mail.  I’d recommend checking your mail in case something like this is in your mail.  If not, please send me a private message with your email address and mailing address so I can take a look into this for you.
