Gift Card Issue

Hello, I received a $50 physical gift card for a present, and I attempted to use it yesterday to purchase something online, however when I typed in the gift card it said it was empty, and when I checked the balance it had nothing. I do not have access to the original order and only have the card, however I have not purchased anything with it prior and it was unopened.

I love getting gift cards as gifts, though certainly, finding out the card was working would not be a stellar experience.


We’d be happy to see if we can assist with this, but because this was a gift, we would have to speak with the original purchaser of the gift card.  They are welcome to create their own profile here on the forums or contact us at (888) 237-8289.  If they call in, they’ll need the full 16-digit gift card number when they do.


If they create a profile here on the forum, they can send me a private message with their full name, email address, phone number, and the 16-digit gift card number.  They can send a private message by logging into the forum and clicking on the blue button across from my signature on this post.
