I recently had a bunch questions that I asked during a livechat but the browser crashed and the window disappeared. I forgot something the agent told me.
How do I get the records of that chat.

All products purchased on Best Buy are new unless specified on the product page as open box, etc. And so when you order a product it should be new. If you receive anything other than what was described on the page you can call 1-888-BEST-BUY for assistance or you can return the item to any Best Buy store for help with a replacement. This information can also be found by logging into your My Best Buy account and view your purchase history.
