Geek squad

I recently reviewed my credit card statement and found I was charged for geek squad membership. I don't use this service as I don't live in US and don't need it. I have no idea how many times I have been charged in the past for this. I'm very upset. I can't recall the last time I was even in best buy. Please cancel asap and I would like a refund.

Welcome to our community, and thank you for reaching out to us.  I don't think anyone wants to be charged for a service they don't use, and while I'm sorry to hear you want to cancel your Geek Squad plan, I'll be happy to point you in the right direction here.


Please give us a call at (800) 433-5778 and ask for our Billing & Renewals team. While some plans are not eligible for pro-rated refunds, this team should be in the best position to assist with cancelling your plan and answer any additional questions you may have.
