Geek squad customer service issuing refund

Back in January 2019 I canceled a protection plan warranty. They were supposed to refund $226 after spending over 3 hours taking to them that day. April 12 2019 call again they tell me the warranty had been canceled but cant say why there was no refund. That' was call #1. So I call back again because I couldnt barely understand the guy talking. 2nd conversation thr guy Peter tells me that they cant see record of the conversation and cant issue a refund because I made one time payment. He had to forward it to be investigated now have to wait 3-5 days for phone call thatll probably never come. I paid for something and its useless to me because the TV is gone now. Purchased a new one. I just have to say dealing with geek squad for the past 5 years i will never deal with them again. After i get my money back i will be taking my business elsewhere. Nothing but the run around and frustration dealing with the customer service and support. Awful awful business ethics and do everyone else a favour educate the call takers with how to properly sort out the issues or transfer to someone that can.

Well over 2 weeks now still waiting on this call back from the investigation. And going on month 5 waiting for my refund. I will never use geek squad again. It was easy for them to take my money but when I wanna cancel the plan and get the money back I've gotta jump through hoops. I going to make sure everyone I know never uses geek squad
