Geek Squad runaround.

I NEED TO SPEAK TO OR PRIVATE MESSAGE SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE.

I would like to see if customer service truly is important to Best Buy or merely fluff to promote sales. I have nevr had an issue with BB until now.
CAN YOU TRULY HELP?

I'm interested to know too...I've never had issues with BB until recently customer service is poor and not efficient.
