Since September 7, it has been missing ni transit. When I ask about it each week, they promise to contact the Warehouse Team and get back to me but never do. The Geek Squad manager, Assistant Store Manager, and unspecified corporate leaders are involved but still I get no response. Is there another level to escalate this, and how do I find a contact higher up who can help?
