Geek Squad lost my TV

I'm afraid the same exact thing is about it happen tI ordered LG TV (on 2/5/22) to be delivered on 2/14/22 and the delivery was canceled by someone in the store on 2/12/22 without my knowledge. In the app my appointment was still listed as "being delivered on Feb 14" for 2 days after the deliever date, and now simply says "we need you to reschedule your appointment". 

Each day I call I've been told that the problem has been escalated and that it's in transit, and they're waiting for it to be cleared so it can be redelivered, and to give it 24-48 hours. I've now been waiting for 120 hours and still no change in status. Still stuck in transit and im still being told (AGAIN) to wait 24-48 hours and they PROMISE it will be resolved (which, again, I've heard ever other day this week). I really just want my TV and feel that it shouldn't be this hard to get in contact with someone at "the warehouse" to get this rescheduled. It's unsettling especially since I've paid for something that hasn't been delivered and seems to be lost at this point. Nobody besides the store that I ordered from's manager is moving with any type of urgency, and people keep blowing me off with the "we just have to wait 24-48 hours" speel. I've been offered 10% off (which honestly isn't much knowing how much the tv cost) and it's really made me feel helpless. I don't want to wait 2 month for this issue to be resolved.
