I purchased the Galaxy Watch about a week and a half ago. For the most part it's fine, but it started randomly rebooting for no reason, so I fear I might have a defective unit. Sometimes it can do a full day without rebooting. Other times it will reboot several times in one hour.
Is it possible to just go to the store I purchased it from and exchange it for a proper, functioning unit?

Hi there, TimBrown10,
Welcome back to our forums and thank you for reaching out to us regarding this purchase. As a smart watch user myself, I can't imagine how frustrated I would be if mine was resetting so frequently. Our Return & Exchange Promise provides a 15 return or exchange period for most of the products we sell. It sounds like your Galaxy Watch is stil within this time frame so I would recommend returning to your local store for further assistance. You'll need to bring in your receipt as well as all of the accessories included with this watch. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
