Hello,
I purchased a 3080ti from the Best Buy last Friday. I picked it up today from the store. Upon opening the box I did a visual inspection of the GPU without opening the QA sealed bag the GPU is in. I noticed that a screw seems to be missing from the backplate of the GPU, and is somehow stuck between the PCB and the backplate. Am I able to go to the store tomorrow and exchange this item? It seems like this is a more complex situation since GPUs aren't easy to come by at the moment and I am sure my local Best Buy doesn't have it in stock since it had to be ordered online and delivered to it.
Any help is appreciated as this card was not cheap at all, and quite frankly I am dissapointed in Gigabyte for having such lax QA standards for something as expensive as this.

As long as items are in stock you are able to exchange this item and get a replacement per the return and exchange promise policy here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/pcmcat260800050014.c?id=pcmcat260800...
Otherwise if it's not in stock at your local store you could get a refund for the item and then attempt to order it online for delivery.

Hey there, Maristotle,
Thank you for connecting with us here on our forum. Receiving an item in this condition is not okay, and I too would be looking for some help. These graphics cards are extremely popular at the moment, so I understand bringing this situation to attention.
Per our Return & Exchange Promise, most purchases can be returned or exchanged within 15-days. At this time, I recommend visiting your local Best Buy, as they would be best equipped to assist with a return or exchange for your purchase.
