Fraudulent credit card purchase


Today I got a notification from my credit card company that I've been charged $220.06 at, I did not authorize this purchase and I have not lost my credit card, nor have I posted the card's information online.
Is there a way I can have this canceled? I've already called my credit card company and they have flagged the transaction as fraudulent and are currently investigating it.

It’s terrific that your bank caught this fraudulent transaction for you and are investigating.  In most instances, this is the most important step in addressing these issues.


If you haven’t, I would recommend that you review our floated post: “Help with Unauthorized Orders on” found here.  That should cover any additional steps you may need to do to help address this fraudulent order.
