Ah, so #1. Unfortunately that does happen, in this day and age criminals gather all of your personal details through security breaches. I am sure you have seen the issues with Equifax as well as many retailers. These details are sold online and criminals use those details to make purchases. It sounds like your information was compromised. First, I would contact your bank and have the card locked, reported that the credentials were stolen, and have a new one issued. I would also dispute the fraudlent charges with them. After that, I would contact your local authorities and file a report. With all of that done, Best Buy will cooperate with the authorities or Bank should they reach out. Unfortunately, this is so common in 2019 worldwide that it generally falls to a low priority status over violent crimes and such.
