Fraudulent charge on my credit card

I am appalled by all of the posts within the past year regarding fraudulent charges originating from the Best Buy in Richfield, MN.  I am sorry to say that I am now a victim.  I received a merchandise charge on my credit card from the store in Richfield.  The charge was "keyed" in.  No doubt, because I have never even been to Minnesota let alone Richfield.  Someone from Best Buy please contact me.

Re: Fraudulent charge on my credit card

All online orders and recurring payments like subscriptions go through Richfield, this isn't a store it's our corporate headquarters.  If there is a chance it is a renewal or something of the like, you can compare that here:

If it's indeed a fraudulent charge, you'll want to follow the steps outlined in the "Unauthorized Orders" topic on the BestBuy.com page:

I am a Best Buy Employee, but the views that I post are my own and not that of Best Buy.

Re: Fraudulent charge on my credit card

Thank you for the information.  This charge was an annual renewal for Geeksquad services.  I compared this year's charge with last year's charge on my CC, and last year the description of the charge was labeled with "Geeksquad."  The change in description and omission of "Geeksquad" is misleading, especially when the word "merchandise" is included.  Geeksquad services are "services."
