Fraudulent Renewal Charges for maintenance of computer

Our original service agreement ended on May 24th.  We did not authorize any further charges on the maintenance issues I had to get the maintenance plan for them to diagonis the problem. We had to decide if we wanted the 2 Hard Drives replaced.  Odd that 2 computers with different problems. You placed charges for extending my maintenance plan. Your brochure that Full Repair of original problem is covered.  We felt as if we were forced to get our computers taken care of. We thought that was real cheesy and did not represent favorably. The techs called over Computer Lizards and they bombarded us with comments and tried desperately to sell us new computers. I don't know what training they get but more time focusing on customer service and pleasing the customer would affect your bottom line. I asked a few friends about Geek Squad services and they were very critical of Best Buy and especially Geek Squad. They told me that the plan would be the maintenance and mostly on the purchases of 2 new computers. Which it was. The plan cost and the hard drive replacements. I had trusted Best Buy many times before and shopped there quite often for my needs  I want to see you flourish as I am a MN resident. Even though I had never used Best Buy and Geek Squad I trusted you and not my friends. But they were absolutely right.


If you feel Justified charging me the cost while I was GA so be it. The fraudulent charges of the automatic renewal has to be refunded as soon as possible as it will overdraw my account. We try to live on Social Security and it hurts us financially when things like this come up. Not sure how long it will be before replacing our dead computers.. Would like to know you got this email and hope to hear from you soon...Thanks for your time. Have a Blessed Day
