Someone in Indiana stole our credit card info and bought two Nintendo switch game consoles and is having a person by the name of marlon {removed per forum guidelines} pick them up at the Wellington Fl. Store. This person needs to be stopped our credit card fraud department is also working on this issue any help would be appreciated.

As noted here, contacting your bank is a great first step. If they used your account to place the order, you’ll also want to reset your password with us.


If you have any order numbers, please send them to me in a private message, by using the link in my signature below this post. I’ll also need your name, email address, and phone number. Please be sure to not include any credit card details in the message.


If you don’t have any of the order details, please keep in touch with your credit card provider instead, as they’ll be best positioned to assist. We will work with them when they reach out to us.
