I have returned a product on May to Calgary Best Buy and I do have the return receipt. From May 2019 the store manager has submitted some transacitons on my account which I do not have any idea what are they and where did they came from because I haven't purchased or returned anything.
I have been wondering is the store mangers has right to log in customers' account and without their knowledge debet or credit account with different plans ?
