I was defrauded by Bestbuy and they refuse to make it right.
I purchased a 5tb external drive that was mislabelled and turned out to be just a 2tb drive.
I did not do a test on it until after the 30 return window.
I called today and was told it was to late .
This is simple to prove fraud.

Was this purchased in the store or online? Both would have a UPC that would be associated with the box and a security seal. What was mislabeled the price tag on the shelf, or the box from the manufacturing company?

Thanks for reaching out to us about the purchase that you recently made. I would be shocked to find out that the 5 TB external hard drive I purchased was only 2 TB, and I'd also be wanting some help to get it resolved.
Can you let us know when you purchased this and if it was online or in one of our stores? Also, when you tried to exchange this for the correct product, who had you spoken with?
