Formal complain against store personal

Today, April 17, 2019 at 7:15 p.m. I stop by at Best Buy Harlem 4100A N Harlem Ave, Norridge, IL 60706

On are way out we stop to see the recycle bins that was when a man with a yellow shirt impertinent approaches us and told us that we're not supposed to touch the cables from the recycle bin. I try to explain me and my 3 kids (12,9,6 yrs old) was looking at the cables and he escalate his verbiage saying we cannot grab the cables. I told him again we only seeing the different cables. He reply you cannot take them. I told him I was not going to take them. I asked him why he was assuming I was going to take them. He reply becuase I assumed you wanted to take them with over authority voice.

The abusive and inconsiderate scene this man was performing in front on my kids. Made me immediately take my kids out of the store.

I drove them back home and I try to call the store manager but I didn't have luck reaching him. About Ten minutes later I went back to the store and I talked to the store manager named Mo, I explained I was showing my kids the different cables thru the years and my kids were laughing not into that person approach us.

The manager right away understood what I was doing with my kids and apologized for the incident. I asked the manager for the name of that man. He told me that his name was Steven.

I don't know who in the right mind will try to steal some old cables in front of there kids. I do know this person has a certain bias to vastly change us. This was totally uncalled for. I hope your HR dept has a hostile policy.

I know there's cameras in this store and I know you can see my kids moving out of the way becuase they were threatened for no reason.
