I bought a laptop last year in april from the bestbuy website and it was advertised to me as new. A few weeks ago the hinges on my laptop broke and i contacted the manufactor for the manufactor warranty and they told me that the laptop was actually sent in for repairs 2 months before my purchase date, meaning the laptop i recieved wasnt new, even though it was listed as new on the website. I called the primary support number 4 times and was on hold for 30mins+ each time and transfered to the wrong departments on purpose by bestbuy support. I will be contacting the better buisness Bureau. I have images and etc..
