I wish to make a formal complaint about an experience with one of your employees. I was at the american fork utah store about 5 months ago and I overheard one of you employees talking about helping another customer. I heard him tell they other employee that he went "tag team on a customer, or better yet they "Eiffle Towered" the customer. I have heard that term befor and I know that it is a sexual term. I do not believe that should be a term your employees should be using. I was very uncomfortable in that store after that happened and will not likely return to that location again because of it.
