Formal Complaint regarding customer service

Hi, I have been a long time elite plus member and recently had a run in with a geek squad manager who was not very professional and quite rude. I was trying to exchange a defective microwave and the first thing that they asked me was whether I purchased a warranty. They then told me that I couldn’t return/exchange the item because it was over 15 days. I informed them that I spoke to their customer service and they stated that it was within the 45 day time frame to exchange. The store manager then informed me that I was wrong. There is a bit more to the story and i would prefer to speak to someone at the executive office regarding the matter. Can someone please guide me on how to get this done?
