Food spoilage reimbursement

Bought a freezer from the greenwood store on 10-26-22. Freezer quit working and all food stored inside was lost. Called the store they brought a new freezer on 11-1-22. Filed a food spoilage claim on 11-5-22. I emailed on 11-8-22 to make sure they received claim, no response. After numerous calls, I've been told I had to wait 30 days, someone from the claims department would call me within 24 hours. I have been told this twice and I never have gotten a call or email. Here it is 3-1-2023 and issue hasn't been resolved. Can someone PLEASE HELP. Thanks dave

Thanks for the response Tina. I'm using a android phone and I don't see a signature. Is there another way to contact you privately?

No worries. My "signature" is simply the section where you would see my name and title, etc. From your android device, is my name located under the word "Sincerely"?
