I have been a loyal BB client for many years. In 2018, I've made over 50 purchases either through the local store or via BB online.
Yesterday, I made a return for two items that were purchased over the holidays and I was warned about my returns and the cashier advised me that future returns could be potentially denied.
This was very embarssing and not what I expected. The cashier was unable to provide further information. I called BB customer service and they redirected me to the equation report customer service to order a RAR report.
I did that today and reviewed it. I prepared a letter to be send to them but in general...I am very upset about this. I had 3 returns in 2018. I had 2 TV exchanges that were covered under warranty as the defect was verified with Geek Squad and then determined that either a refund or exchange could be granted. I chose both times the exchange option for a different model.
Looking to get this resolved as soon as possible so I can continue to be loyal to BB.
