This is a collectors item and I paid good money for it. The product is sold out (because it's a COLLECTOR'S ITEM) so obviously I can't swap it. Who am i supposed to contact about getting a credit?
Also why would anyone do this? I'm never pre-ordering from best buy again. This is... insane... It literally ruins the collectors value....
