Final attempt

I called the 1-888-237-8289 number multiple times the first time I was hung up on, the second time they said they would have a manager call me back and I have not gotten a call back it has been three days. I went into the store had the worst interaction experience I’ve ever had with a Manager and I am confident that if a corporate representative was present they would be mortified with said manager. I’m so exhausted over the situation I’ve worked in management in retail and in our training, we would never indulge information that harms the impression of the company. At this point, I have given up on the expectations I had and this is my last attempt to at least let someone know that this store (1099 strongsville) needs attention because if this were me I would at least like to know and I would be heavily concerned of integrity of who represents my company and would be concerned for the future of the company I work for.
