I have filed a police report. The store asked me to contact: LawEnforcement <lawenforcement@bestbuy.com> to obtain security footage, but they are not responding.
Please Help.

Only law enforcement can obtain footage, asking you to attempt to do so was incorrect.

I certainly understand wanting to find assistance regarding a concern over credit card fraud and wanting to learn what you can do to help. jdogg836 has provided a wonderful insight into what processes our store teams use when working with law enforcement to ensure that you are protected. You will need to file the appropriate claims with your card issuer, bank, and local law enforcement office. From there, those teams will investigate on your behalf, and reach out to the store team as necessary to obtain footage or other information needed to complete their work.
