File complaint at local Best Buy

Where can I file a formal complaint on an experience I had at my local Best Buy during 8pm pacific time? My local Best Buy is in Honolulu.

My experience at this location has always been being ignored when asking for help and assistance when getting an item I wanted to purchase. This happens at this location constantly for several months now. Every single time I go to this Best Buy and ask an assistant to help me get a video game behind the glass, I either get ignored or they make up an excuse about being busy and walk away. This time tonight however, it was especially horrible as not only was I being ignored by all of the employees whom I asked EACH OF THEM for help. Ther were also TWO OF THEM having very casual conversations with other non-purchasing customers instead of helping customers who are ready to get the item and purchase it. I asked for help and waited for nearly thirty minutes to get help and non came. I just walked out after that. I guess your employees are more trained to talk and joke around with each other than helping customers make purchases? Either this store is understaffed or they are all untrained.

Welcome to our forums.  In my experience, there are few things more frustrating than receiving lackluster customer service during my shopping trip.  From what you’ve described, this certainly isn’t the level of service we expect our customers to receive when shopping with us, and I apologize for any disappointment that resulted from your recent visit.
