Long story short. I have an old TV and was looking for a TV mount in best buy. When I was browsing items in best buy, one of their employees talked to us and tried to tell us about their totalTech program. I was LITERALLY TOLD that with a total tech membership, TV installation is free. OK, I bought the membership due to that. Then, when I actually got a TV mount another day from BestBuy because it's on sale and try to schedule an installation, they started to tell me another story. I have to buy a TV in order to get a free installation!
Can we have some trust in best buy for this kind of promotion?? Now, I want to cancel my total tech membership and get a full refund, but the process is also not convenient.....(I need to make calls and wait for their verification and callback)
Please Train your staff to have synced information!!!!! At least be clear and honest about what you sell!
