I recently bought an Iphone XS using Best Buy's app on 20th Dec 2019 and it was delivered to me on 23rd December 2019. I checked all the details provided on the app before buying and it was nowhere mentioned that the phone works only with major US carriers https://www.bestbuy.com/site/apple-iphone-xs-64gb-gold/6009431.p?skuId=6009431 . I took it outside US and then I came to know that it won't work outside US. Now neither I am able to use it nor I am able to return it before 5th Jan 2020 since I am outside US until 16th Jan 2020. I request you to please extend the return date.

Being a cell phone, you're likely going to not be able to get an extension, even though I realize you're requesting one. Anytime you sign off on the contracts to make the purchase and start the service with the cellular company, the time for returning is very strict. I would recommend contacting both your cell phone company and also 888-Best-Buy to see what options can be provided to send that phone back before your return and exchange promise expires.

Please know that any items purchased from Best Buy are intended for use in the U.S., and it is assumed all products will be used in the U.S. As a result, we’ll be unable to guarantee any products you purchase will function as expected outside of the U.S. This is outlined in our International Orders Help Center article.
As autotech796 has mentioned, we’ll be unable to offer an extension of your return/exchange period if your 14 days offered by our Return & Exchange Promise has passed. With that said, I would like to look into this matter further, to make sure we’re exploring all options available.
