Hi, I have received a bose soundlink revolve+ as a gift earlier this month. However, since I do not like bose products, I would like to exchange for different speaker. It is in sealed packaging, unopened.
I have read on this forum that it is possible although it is really up to the manager on duty.
I made a visit to a local store and I was told that no exchange or return can be processed without a receipt.
Is it really impossible to make an exchange?

Typically, we can provide store credit for gifts, but yes, it is generally up to the store leaders. I'd be happy to look into this further to see what we can do about getting you that exchange, but I need some more information first. Could you send me a private message with which store you visited, your full name, email, and phone number?
