As nckhammond mentioned, we offer a 14-day return or exchange period for cell phones and devices that can be activated. Are there any problems with this phone? If not, there would be a $45 restocking fee to process a return or exchange.
Since today is the last day you can return this phone I would recommend visiting your local Best Buy store to get this process started. Please let me know if you have more questions!
